I'm pausing every couple of scenes. This is a tough watch.

I'm watching since it was released yesterday on Hulu UK and well, i have to keep pausing to either roll my eyes or to digest what was said by Stassi to someone else.

I've watched so much trash over the years but at least there's something to grab on to. Here, there's nothing. Stassi is cruel, cold and clinical to her family, indifferent about her children, demanding and entitled to her friends.

She demands loyalty and respect for money. Does not care about other, they exist only because she conjured them in to her world. She argues by being blunt but missing the point of any ones feelings. She's dismissive and riducles people for choosing normal things above her. 100% why her friend Taylor is letting her wife deliver the baby alone. Nowt to do with work and all to with knowing Stassi will NEVER let it go that she decided to be at her childs birth, when Stassi didn't have to make that same sacrifice.

I'm on ep7 now and she's fighting with her mom. Now, granted her mom is a piece of work too but given that the mom has done some work with therapy i can see her trying to engage her daughter in a balanced way. Instead it backfires because Stassis not emotional aware enough of the approach so the mom has to rely on her old tricks.

Theres a lot of talk her about Narcs and disorders here which i could share too, however in this instance Stassi has shown she will drag EVERYONE down to the same mudpool to fight, because she's lacking any self awareness. The siblings diving in to mediate, is so sad because they are so aged gapped and have had a different experience. Not invalidating Stassi difficulties but jeez, you asked for this. She wanted realness but only for others and certainly for her to watch, jeer and pick sides.

I don't understand how she can share to us, the audience that she wants to film with her "favourite" people then tell her family she can't stand them and doesn't want to be around them. Same with Katie to an extent, she only has Katie around as she's useful.

She's a completely different person when she's around others btw. Her closest get the shitty stick while others get the complimentary, self deprecating, charming, sycophant Stassi. I can not figure out how she thought this show would actually be received overall and am not surprised that she's made comments saying she forgot how the audience are. Meaning it's our fault for not being on "Team Stassi".

The thing is, the bones were good as a Valley 2.0 but instead we got the inner workings of Jax's ex girlfriend, the dark Machiavellian Prince and boy did she learn her trade from him.

Oh and that carefully, curated Tiktok, Insta Mom persona is destroyed. Never to be seen again. She should have never had children. They are a bother to her. The horror when the other woman from Rich Kids made the joke about kids and Stassi followed it up with Eff those Kids. Come on girl. You've ruined yourself.
