I live a few blocks away from 100th ave on the north shores of Standley Lake. On most days, I can hear people from several blocks away going 100+ mph on 100th ave because there's no stoplights in between garland and simms. It's completely unacceptable. I will not suffer a drag racing strip near my house. It's loud enough around here with the prop engine planes constantly circling overhead. It's also a school zone. I've called the cops numerous times about this, but I can still hear these people speeding around. Do the cops ever pull anyone over around here? What else can we do to discourage this behavior?
