The first one is based on skill, the second one is based on how much I like the player.
I do not dislike any of the players, D Tier is just the ones I like the least.

I’ve been trying to find a song that fits my OC, a cursed Vampire who’s been weakened for centuries but now the curse is broken and they’re back at full power.
The closest thing I’ve found is Elder Princess Shroob phase 2 but it’s still not quite right. Any suggestions?
