Danielle posted on her story on Instagram that the handjob thing was a lie. Then Lindsay posted on her story to rewatch season 4...it's not totally clear if Lindsay is responding to Danielle. Like it could easily also be about Kyle and Amanda. On season 4:

- kyle and Amanda set a wedding date. There are more cheating rumours I think.

- Lindsay and Carl hook up/makeout. Unclear if the handjob thing is from this season.
