Pods Storage
I got a POD for my move, they were supposed to pick up my pod today because I paid extra for same day pick up. They didn't pick up my pod on the same day and told me they would pick it up the next day. I was on the phone for hours today with a POD rep and she mentioned it would be picked up tomorrow morning. The storage property I have my pod said they would tow my pod and it's not allowed to stay overnight. So I could possibly lose all my belongings because they can't follow a schedule.
I begged the property to keep my pod overnight now, and they agreed. Now at 9 PM before my move I see they moved the pick up date and time 2 days out! This is a nightmare of an experience, I really don't want to lose all my stuff and have been on the phone with PODs 4 times already and have no answers.
