As you all know where this is going, neighbour down the road playing music and the usual bass travels through everything. Now here's the catch everyone within the vicinity has attempted to talk to her to turn the bass down to which we just get abused lol. Anyway after years of constant noise complaints, I just went over to ask her nicely to turn it down and got met with attitude and the volume going up.

Any ideas on where to next since noise control isn't really working.

Also not her house but a relative owns the property, have tracked down the owner in the past which did quieten it down a smidge but now it's back.
