I recently did an event at work, using my laptop with djaypro and tapping into apple music since there was easy wifi accessible. Just curious what services you all use that allows you to download music to the computer... Thinking about getting back djing without having to depend on wifi or a hotspot. Thanks!
I see this is on their website as compatible with djay pro, but pioneer brands it as a rekordbox tool.. have you all had to do any significant mapping to use features like neural mix?
So I figured I am going to hardwire for this event from my laptop, however, I do not have a sound card on my controller. I am enabling focus mode on the laptop, is there anything else I need to do to prevent other sounds besides DJ pro to come out on the line out?
Hey all, I might be doing my first gig in over 15 years. It's low stakes but still don't want to look like a fool. I'm gonna use the control mix ultra and probably MacBook air ... I'm connecting to someone else's system via rca, should I just use a headphone cable to rca cable from the laptop?
The other possibility might be connecting to a Bluetooth speaker, in that case could I use either the iPad or laptop?
