Non-Agency hiring for OF Chat Team Members for NSFW Single Creator
We’re hiring a part-time member for our chatter team!
We are not an agency; we are a dedicated team working exclusively for a single creator with a large social media following. This creator-led environment is perfect for someone who wants to see OnlyFans accounts run ethically and sustainably—providing a reasonable schedule for our chatters and genuine value to our subscribers. The model who runs the account prioritizes the long-term retention of both fans and team members.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
- Core Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will be heavily focused on building genuine relationships with our subscribers via the Infloww Software.
- Availability: Weekend and evening availability (US Timezones) is needed. We are flexible and can work around your existing scheduling commitments, but the account is most active during these times.
- Experience: Prior experience as an OF/Fansly chatter is required.
- Bonus Experience: Familiarity with mature accounts (MILFs), LGBTQ+ creators, and/or fetish content is a huge plus!
- Tech Requirements: A solid computer setup, reliable internet, and a backup internet/power solution.
- Work Ethic: Highly responsible, communicative, and open-minded.
- Adaptability: You must be able to work constructively with feedback and follow specific account guidelines.
🫴🏼 What We Offer:
- Compensation: $5/hour, paid weekly via Wise. We pay a flat rate and do not pay commission, as we do not enforce daily sales quotas. Going commission-free allows us to offer a much more relaxed work environment.
- Manageable Schedules: 6 to 8-hour shifts. We believe in providing a schedule that actually respects your time and energy. Time off requests are automatically approved if submitted 3 weeks or more in advance.
- Quality Over Quantity: Please note: No quotas does not mean no responsibility. This is still a sales job, but our focus is on selling high-dollar custom videos, which can take several days to nurture and close.
- Burnout Prevention: Previously, we used a lower-base plus commission model but found it unsustainable. It led to chatter burnout and higher chargebacks from fans. Our flat-rate system is designed to prioritize the retention and happiness of both our fans and you.
- Ongoing Training & Collaboration: We are always evolving and improving our account management. The model highly values feedback and strategic suggestions from chatters, so you should feel comfortable trying new approaches and sharing your own ideas. Additionally, applicants with an interest in vault management or experience with Infloww's advanced features are eagerly sought!
