Day 27 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Day 27 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Caranela Bridge.

This station is one of two Stepford Connect stations without a route calling at Stepford Central, the other one being Millcastle Racecourse. Prior to Version 2.3 and the introduction of R106, this distinction applied to all station on the Rayleigh Bay Branch. Carnalea Bridge is the only station on Stepford Connect to not have any routes to the former Stepford City Zone.

Day 26 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Angel Pass.

With the upgrade in V1.10.4, the original secondary entrance was kept, which is boarded and has two signs that reads "This entrance is now closed, please use the new entrance to your left for access to Angel Pass station. Thank you." There is also a rusted station sign in the bushes next to it.

Day 25 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Northshore

This is the first and the only station to have a station exit directly connected to a beach or an ocean. This also makes it one of the best places for sunset viewing, due to the open coastline and the ocean exit facing southwest.

Day 24 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Financial Quarter.

This station was originally going to be named Willowfield before it was revealed. The name Willowfield. was reused for the Willowfield extension in V1.6. The new Willowfield station was comparatively far from this station compared to City Hospital and Beechley. (City Hospital was originally going to be called "Beechley")

Day 23 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Rayleigh Bay.

This station has a small siding with a parked Class 68 with two locomotives (Class 43 on the other end) and a single passenger car as decoration. Interestingly, the locomotive facing the station has Stepford Connectlivery, and the other two cars facing away from the station have Stepford Express livery. This is especially notable due to the fact that Stepford Express does not operate Class 68s.

Day 22 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Rocket Parade.

This station is indirectly named after the former innovations director BanTech, the "Rocket" in Rocket Parade refers to the fact that BanTech studied rocket science at university, and "Parade" is a common suffix.

Day 21 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Morganstown.

Morganstown is the first, and currently the only, station to serve all five operators as of Version 2.3 Before Metro, Morganstown was also the only station to serve all the other four operators since Version 1.7. Despite this, Morganstown is often unused, as many AirLink and Stepford Express services skip this station, while most Stepford Connect services run via Benton, with only two Waterline routes terminating at Morganstown

Day 20 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with West Benton.

With the station upgrade in V1.9.1, a model of the Class 165/0 was added on a exhibition stand, that labels the following text in the top right corner of the stand "This is one of the old models of the old NGv2 trains created by Mattyx2013 (statue outside)" Prior to Version 2.0, "models" was misspelt as "modals".

Day 19 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Esterfield.

Esterfield is the only station to have a platform subdivided by letters as of Version 2.3. Previously, Benton Newry and Morganstown also had such platforms. The shunt signal at platform 4B does not stop trains from passing it, allowing players to pass the shunt signal and crash into the Class 143 parked at platform 4A. If a player attempts to hit the Class 143 however, they will get despawned with the "Don't eat the buffers!"  Message although there are no buffers after Platform 4B.

Day 18 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Hemdon Park

Just north of this station, there is a line of trees and a bridge over nothing with a right of way for a rail line that leads to a stop with grass platforms and no name. Innovations Director BanTech stated that this line is meant to be similar to an old and abandoned railway, similar to the unused track beds at Beechly.

Day 17 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Cadoxton.This station shares many similarities with Carnalea Bridge as both stations:

•have a bidirectional single-platform;

• are located on unelectrified branches;

•have no signals located on or close to the platform;

• are located on branches which have names ending in Bay.

Day 14 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases.

Today with James Street.

Next to the station entrance, in an alleyway between a white building and a brown wall, there is a text saying "GREEISM WAZ HERE!" with 2 green paint products lying on the floor. These paint products seem to be manufactured by "Gree's Paint Factory", as it says on the left capsule. Greeism was one of the Platform Managers, who helped with the surrounding scenery for the update.

Day 13 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases.

Today with Whitefield Lido.

Even though this station has the term "Whitefield" in its name, it is closer to Stepford Central than it is to Whitefield and after V.2.2 there are no direct routes from here to Whitefield anymore.

Day 12 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases

Today with Coxly Newton.

Despite being named Coxly Newtown, the station has no train connection with Coxly itself. If players wanted to go to Coxly from this station, they would need to walk up the road running parallel to the mainline.

Day 11 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases.

Today with Rosedale Village.

This is the only station on the entire network to only be served by one route, that being RO16.

Day 10 of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases.

Today with Berrily.

Berrily and Denton Road are only 0.14 miles (0.23 kilometres) apart, making it the shortest gap between two stations as of Version 2.3. As a result, the "Welcome onboard..." announcement plays immediately after "We will shortly be arriving...".

Day nine of posting a fact about SCR stations till 2.4 releases.

Today with Terminal 1

At the entrance of the station, a static advert that is only displayed at this station, states "fast, direct, regular services to Stepford Central". Ironically, there are no direct services to Stepford Central from this station.
