I spent like two days on this, I think I'm getting better at painting but I'm still not good at perspective, in my own opinion at least, how can I make it more obvious that yhe very front is up close and the rock features are further away?

I don't really paint or draw much. I recently got into gouache after my high school art teacher let me mess with the stuff. I tried doing a still life, any tips on how to get better at painting and drawing in general? (I know it looks funky :[ )
