Looking for someone to take me on as a Watchmaking Apprentice!

Hey everybody! I'm looking for someone/somewhere to take me on as a watchmaking apprentice. I've talked to several places, all of them were very nice but, they want me to get more experience before taking me on as an employee. I have successfully replaced batteries in quartz movements, capacitors in Kinetic and Eco-Drive movements, and have successfully corrected beat error and rate on some Seiko NH35's and a Miyota 8N24.

My current automatic project is a Citizen Eagle 7 that I need to get the balance complete for and install. I also have an old Timex Electric Dynabeat that I plan on doing the lighter fluid/Naphtha trick on soon.

As far as a job in this field, I'm kind if stuck where I'm at until I find someone willing to take me on as an apprentice. Funding my own resume/portfolio of work (tools included) is starting to get expensive and I'm ready to dive right in. If anybody could help me out, or point me in a direction to go, it would be much appreciated! 🙏
