This started happening on Saturday during a drive, and could not wash the front windows with the wipers. Took a look today under the wheel arch and find the pipe is disconnected and will not stay connected when the pump pushes water at pressure around the system. The water tank then drains to the level of the pipe.
A new bug for me, washing front windows on a journey yesterday was fine until it wasn't. Still able to wash rear windows, so tank is not empty.
Noticed on return journey when window wash stopped working that the modem had failed too, and so I reset the infotainment and I was back online and immediately I got a low fluid warning (not sure why I needed Internet connection to get that though) but window wash for the front windows is not working and still not working the next day after the automated overnight reboot of the car!
Anyone else had front wash just stop, and what was the fix if it wasn't adding more wash fluid (warning comes at about 3l remaining I think, from previous experience)
Tapped the "open" button for the glove box twice in quick succession (I think) and now the button on the screen underneath Settings is disabled but the glove compartment is open and the locks are in. So it will not stay shut.

I'm going to leave it overnight and see if the overnight reboot resets the locks, but in the meantime anyone got a fix or better suggestions?
