I’m visiting from out of town tomorrow and curious what time traffic will start for the Wild hockey game? Thinking of visiting Stillwater just after lunchtime and then heading back towards Minneapolis. Will traffic around St Paul be bad by then?
I am so thankful for this subreddit and all the pilots and dispatchers here that use their time to give free reassurance and advice, seriously.
I posted yesterday worried about my flight home to the Midwest with all of the crazy storms yesterday. I had the confidence to get on the flight anyways with all the people here saying it would be okay. Despite the storms around us, it was literally the smoothest flight ever.
Because of this subreddit I had the confidence to take the trip. This past weekend I got to see my parents, both my siblings, all 4 of my grandparents, and the beach in my hometown—the entire family was together for the first time in a long time. And now I’m back home, got to see my friends last night, and back to work today. Can’t believe I almost missed out on this if I had let my anxiety get to me!
