Subclincal Hyperthyroidism and celiac disease or other autoimmune disease

I have been tested a few times over the past few years and this latest result came back strange because I was previously going in the upper direction TSH:

Serum TSH level
0.124 mU/L
The reference range is between 0.570 and 3.600 mU/L.
Serum free T4 level
9.5 pmol/L
The reference range is between 7.9 and 14.0 pmol/L.

The dr said it was most likely pre-Hashimotos, related to celiac disease. I have no energy and a tightness on my right side of neck.

Does anyone have experience of a low TSH and low normal T4 before Hashimotos diagnosis? I have to wait 8 weeks before another full test.
