post drive-thru rant, because i can, but why is it that every time i go to Velvet taco they have some sort of attitude 😭

Like??? No one asked you to work this job, why are we looking at customers like theyre fucking brain dead when asking a simple question?

For reference, i just ordered the 2 for $10 combo, and upgraded to the drink/side for an additional $3. Last time I ordered this, I was given a fountain drink in a plastic cup, so when I order the same as last time, I dont get a drink…in the plastic to-go cup. Obviously I shouldve checked the bag i guess, but instead I patiently wait for the lady to come back to the window before asking for my drink.

Ive worked in hospitality before so Im not an asshole, cus I understand, but she comes back 5 minutes later and is like “?”, so I ask for my drink, and she passively aggressively replies with “its in the bag” like i shouldve fucking known. I let her know that I was unaware of that and that last time I was given a to-go cup which she replied with “We dont give that out unless specifically requested” which is fucking stupid considering Ive never had to request it previously!!!!! Like hello im not fucking brain dead nor illiterate cus the menu says “fountain drink” not fucking “canned” or “bottled”.

Anyways!!!! Im just annoyed and possibly hangry but damn like no need to be miserable af when it comes to customer service. Been there done that, and now I work a different job so like maybe do the same? Idk im just annoyed cus this seems to be a regular occurrence every time i go🫪 the end, thanks for coming to my ted talk

Okay so awhile back I booked two 1-way flights via Southwest. About a month ago, I cancelled both flights, in which I received two credits.

Yesterday I attempted to rebook a flight to Vegas using both credits. I couldn’t even see the option for a credit when checking out. The flight was $527 roundtrip, and my credits combined are $339, so realistically I should only have to pay the difference…right?

Well I called Chase travel to book it through them, since again I couldnt use the credit via the portal, just for them to be like “LOL the difference you have to pay is actually $480, not the $233” like ?????

Anyways, they said that the reason was because my original flights were “Choice” and because I downgraded to “Basic” they cant apply the credit fully or some shiiii but i dont know and I want to see if anyone’s had this issue before???? Like i would assume it would be better and cheaper if i did economy, therefore the credits would apply, because in my head im thinking equal or lesser value. Am I trippin???

Also its basic economy cus its like a two hour flight, ion need all the that

4th year going to coachella and ive car camped up until this upcoming year!! Any tips for el dorado?

Is the entrance the same as camping? Different entrance/ parking? Do you get help with luggage or do we need to bring a wagon? Are showers any different? Is the vibe better or worse than car camping??

Ive always lucked out w my neighbors but I want to ensure my sister and I have a great time!! It will be her first coachella :)
