Every time i crunch the numbers for solar, the recovery periods seems like 20+ years based on AMP rates, not the >10 years i always hear makes it worth it. Also, I don’t see a ton of homes in Alameda with solar on their roofs. Am i missing something here?

Thoughts? Ps Dim sum is a wholly separate category for another time!
