I'm not sure if I'm just super dumb and can't figure it out or there is no option for multiple birthmarks for one body part? I'm trying to represent the burn victim but can't cover larger portions of the back... Can anyone help me or validate that it's impossible at this moment?

Has anyone figured out what do relationships do? Like if I have two cards - to progress as a Child-parent or as Friends, will it actually contribute to gameplay in any way?
