I am interviewing for AI/ML senior associate role. Wanted to know a few things -

1. what is the difference between DS/MLops/ SDE teams. I am interviewing for MLops team, can someone tell the how does the day to day for this role, does this team get to work on Genai/agentic projects

2. what is the pay range i should ask for?

I have seen a very wide range, 30-50 base, is this true, do people get even more
