This is not my period, it's coming from my anus

Does this mean I'm dying? Or have cancer? I thought I was on my period, but all this blood came from my anus.

I don't know what else to do

So I've been struggling with bad breath for years, and it's truly impacting my social and romantic life. I went to the dentist and he said everything's fine with my teeth. In the meantime, I found out I had H. pylori, I got the treatment for it, and my breath significantly improved, but it's still bad. Also, it's impossible to be tonsil stones since I don't have tonsils. I don't know what else is there to do. It feels like a curse, and I freak out when anyone gets close to me. I just want to feel normal
