Lovable blocked my entire business website for over 48 hours, and support is giving me nothing but automated replies.

My whole project was taken down because ONE product page mentioned ChatGPT and had related branding. This was not a fake ChatGPT site. It was not pretending to be OpenAI. It was a digital store with hundreds of different products, and ChatGPT was only one listing.

As soon as I saw the complaint, I removed everything related to ChatGPT from my site and database. I removed the product, removed the text, removed the logos, and took every action they asked for.

And yet my entire project is still blocked.

Their Trust & Safety team keeps sending the same generic response:

“The project was reported for copyright and removed due to violation of our Platform Rules. The project will remain blocked.”

That is not support. That is an automated wall.

I have emailed multiple times. Same response. No real explanation. No clear appeal process. No human review. No way to access my code. No way to export my own work. My business is completely locked behind their platform while they copy-paste the same message.

This store has been running on Lovable for over 5 months. It is not a small test project. It is a real business, and I am losing customers every minute because of this.

I understand copyright and trademark rules. I fixed the issue immediately. But blocking an entire project after the reported content has been removed is not fair enforcement. It is destructive and unreasonable.

Lovable should have contacted me first and asked me to remove the product page. I would have done it immediately. Instead, they shut down the entire website and are now refusing to give real support.

At this point, if Lovable is not going to restore my project, then at least let me export my code so I can host it myself and leave the platform for goooood .

Keeping my project blocked and also preventing me from accessing my own code is unacceptable.

Lovable Trust & Safety needs to review this properly and restore the project. The reported product is removed. The issue is fixed. There is no reason to keep my entire business offline.
