I woke up on July 28th with the bite marks on my arm, freaked out as I work front desk at a hotel(my brain immediately goes to bed bugs) I have never had them before, but have general knowledge. I stripped my bed and checked everywhere and did not find anything, yesterday I was checking around my room again and found underneath my garbage can there was some carpet beetles. I am wondering if these marks could be from them, but if so how did they get up to my bed. I would love some input, thanks in advance

It was under the garbage can in my room, I thought it was a shell but then it started kinda moving, I woke up with two bite marks on my arm and have been freaking out ever since
