Loading 5x8 Enclosed Trailer questions

Hey everyone! I'm not entirely unfamiliar with towing/hauling, but loading trailers I am new to. I am getting ready to move from MI to SC and have some questions about loading/tongue weight. I have a 07 Edge AWD with Tow Package that I will be towing a uHaul rental 5x8 enclosed trailer with. I have a ~4ft tall, 26" wide tool box followed with another tool chest that is 26" wide and 5 drawers tall. Most of the rest of my stuff is not nearly as heavy - Full size mattress + wire frame, CHEAP TV stand and just totes of dishes, clothes and miscellaneous things. I see online that they want a 60/40 split, front to back. I see suggestions of a tongue weight of only 390lbs, uHauls own website suggests loading to the front with heavier items (such as toolboxes), but something in me is telling me to consult elsewhere...Would it be ignorant to load the tool boxes at the front? Or should I move them more towards the axle of the trailer?

Anything helps...outside of destructive criticism. Thank you
