Or would you send this card for grading in this condition or just keep it as is?

I’ve been contemplating about this for months now, The white lines at the back by the fire energy ball is what really bothers me. Also somebody pointed out that the white streak going down on where the name is, Initially I thought it was just part of the design.

What do you all think about ARS grading?

I have recently purchased this Felt hat pikachu in an ARS 9 grading. Close inspection looks absolutely flawless, but thats just me though. Contemplating to wether crack it and send to PSA. Just looking for opinions. Also I cant seem to get any idea on how much this is worth with current grading. Thank you!
