Yoga people usually have awful personalities.

I have met way too many yoga enthusiasts who have little self awareness and can just be straight up rude in otherwise normal social situations. A common thread ive seen amongst the several ive known is that they outwardly express having some type of instability or drama in their lives... and have no regard for getting others mixed in to it.

To be clear im not saying they are awful *people*, just too frequently they have some super unlikeable traits. It seems like they want to project the image of "love peace, light" and "wisdom and intellect", but it quickly becomes apparent that's not really who they are.

Despite the yoga, crystals, chakras, breathing exercises, etc, these are some off-putting individuals. Its to the point where im starting to view it as a red flag when someone makes yoga a key feature of who they are or what theyre into. I know from experience that its going to be a shitshow at some point and they will almost always act oblivious to their insane behavior.

Could it be possible to simply not notice it?

Lets say someone is being gang stalked, but they just see it as everyday occurrences or the occasional common inconvenience at worse. Essentially they arent bothered enough to label it as anything unusual and dont necessarily feel that something is "not right".... then what?

Doesn't it mean they just go on living their life pretty much unbothered and in a state of normalcy? Ultimately rendering the gang stalking as ineffective and pointless?

Dumb questions about tents...

Im new and prepping for the first show...

So, do you have to buy your own tent? Or do shows provide the tent?

If buying, can you get the tent in your choice of color?

Where do people get the custom banners they use for their tents with their logos etc? I believe they are attached with bungee cords right?

So what is it that yall want to see Downtown?

People complain and say it needs to be better, which I agree, but other than cleaning up the homeless/mental health issues, im not really seeing any suggestions. And for the record, a lot of homelessness *has* been cleaned up downtown compared to 8-10 years ago.

I think there needs to be more cool small businesses to attract people and more accessibility for those people who don't live downtown to actually get to those businesses (like clearly identified parking lots and decks). There can be some more commercial and high-end shopping of course, but honestly im not interested in Karen's adult children coming through for a hypothetical Lululemon run and lunch at Panera on Luckie st. while looking down on the people who were already there... Just saying.

What are your ideas?

How does clothing usually do at markets?

Whether its custom designs or thrift? (But More so custom designs?)

If you sell clothes, what's the most youve made? ...and by extension, do you do well at markets where thinks like candles, art, or jewelry dominate?

I ask because i see so few questions or booths pertaining to clothing here.
