Can i move back home with out baby if he’s in the birth certificate
I live to nyc in 2024. I have nobody here and I got pregnant my boyfriend of 8 months when we were having breakup sex cause he cheated on me. We had a baby shower in my home state he met my family and they vain tickets he bought me an $800 necklace and some meta glasses and designer shoes.
He live in an illegal basement apartment. My dad owns a duplex in nyc with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My father offered to rent him downstairs or he could live on the side i live on but my father would raise the rent. So my child is two month old now and he would leave for days at a time when he was first born. And i got tired of it told him don’t worry about moving in.
He came back a week later cause he wanted to see our son at 9pm… our son was asleep and we had sex and I forgave him again.
He doesn’t want to pick up our son or drop him off at daycare. I am up all night pumping and changing him so I’ll be very tired once I start work and physically can’t be in two places at once cause my job starts at 6:30 and is about 1.5 hours driving back in the afternoon. He said it was mommy duties to pick up or drop him off and refuses to do it. So I broke up with him and said i need to make plans to go back home.
I also told him im starting daycare sooner and he said it’s not his problem and I have to pay myself. He will only pay for some once I got back to work. He said I’m choosing to be a baby mama on child support but he’s making being his partner miserable.
I used to cook when he got off work. I make him tea in the morning. Did his laundry and brought it up the stairs our entire relationship all the way until my due date. He still didn’t want to move in and I’m scared of being alone with the baby when I’m extra tired. I don’t want to put him on child support but I also HATE having to asking him for diapers each time I need that or ointment… I sent over a copayment agreement and he refused to fill it out about monetary amounts or communication styles or time spent with baby. Do I just click the submit button on the child support page? I’m so tired I almost dropped my baby twice… but he doesn’t want to take the baby to his place to Watch him for a few hours so i can rest. AM I EVEN ALLOWED TO MOVE BACK HOME??
