Hello, my 9070xt Gigabyte OC from mwave just came today and I have a feeling its been opened before.

1. there's no seal stickers on the outer box

2. there is cardboard instead of styrofoam

3. the most sus thing is the yellow "gigabyte qualified" stickers. They seem like they've been taken off then put back on.

Please let me know if this is normal or not
