how do i get rid of it and how do i login, (side note: i did do everything right)

and I used Omnimo 6.1 for the buttons.

and i used Wallpaper Engine for the live wallpaper, Name: Frutiger Aero Animated.

I just used Windows 7 on a VMware session but i saw this weird void corrupting my Start button, What is happening!
