Account Deleted without requesting for deletion
I purchased a two year advance subscription 4 days ago. Today morning I got an email saying my account deletion has been processed and to use the vpn I have to purchase a new subscription. Now my email doesn’t work and The chat support is absolutely useless as they can’t trace my account details. No one is able to answer or help.
Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it ?
