COULD I expect better results on my crown switching from Finasteride to Dutasteride?

I've been taking Finasteride for years after having an FTE performed on the front of my scalp. My crown was never touched. I've tried both oral and topical (spray w/ Minoxidil) Finasteride. About two weeks ago, I switched to oral Dutasteride/Minoxidil. I understand that I'll initially go backwards given the shedding period and different half lives, but given my experience with Finasteride, COULD I expect better results with Dutasteride?

Are they eventually bringing virtually all TH items back?

I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere in one of the multiple news posts... but there were several regarding TH being removed so hopefully someone can answer.

Items that were TH promotions, except for the ones that are being removed from the game... are they planning on bringing virtually all of them back as Marketplace items in the rotations?

Asking because I'm trying to get the Shadowstep Aura and the daily trade count is 0.
