AND THEY LIKE TO KILL!

Hello Among Us subreddit! Show brought me back into playing the game, so I thought about drawing something.

Trying to get comfortable with drawing faster these days, lol.

[Fluff] GAMATOTO is unironically broken

Since when is this thing? I got this after leveling up some of my Ubers for UR. If I had to guess, it's because all of them are now at level 50.

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned this, it sounds like something that would shatter Ultra Form and Ultra Talent priority tierlists. That is, if they're not ridiculously rare to get. What are your thoughts?

[Discussion] What are your thoughts on the r/battlecats Discord Server?

It's close to having been a year since the PBCF imploded due to what appears to have been an a lack of moderators. And while it is true the server was unnecessarily strict, it still was one of the biggest Battle Cats Discord servers of all time. Now that it’s gone, the only other server that used to rival it in members appears to be the one recommended at this subreddit's sidebar.

Despite both communities sharing a name, that's basically all they have in common. But what they differ in most has to definitely be their culture. And in comparison to the subreddit, they appear to be much more aggressive (?). For instance, threatening and stereotyping certain groups of people (presumably as a joke) doesn't seem to be punished, even when it's done to new people who may not be aware of that.

Personally, I'd see little problem with this if there were many big Battle Cats communities, all with different cultures and rules. But as this is not the case and users are forced to either deal with it, move to considerably smaller communities, or use entirely different platforms, it feels a bit.. weird. In fact, I can say that the Discord server being such an unkind community was the reason I moved into this subreddit. Trash or garbage I know, but at least I didn't see people getting insulted for liking the worst gacha banner in the game here.

That being said, I don't think the server is dogshit. It has a great variety of helpful channels and excellent guides, even if a couple of them are outdated. The users who say questionable things also do appear to be the minority, albeit they tend to be a rather active one. Despite what I've said, most people don't say offensive things and are actually nice people. I don't see as many cases of users getting too aggressive in comparison to when I first looked at the server, and I think that should be acknowledged.

It'd also be very hypocritical of me to expect perfect performance coming from the staff team, because we're all human and catering to everyone's wants is impossible. But that loud minority, man. I'm surprised some of the messages sent there are allowed in such a big community.

[Fluff] Coaxed Into r/battlecats Users: PART TWO!

Hello once more! This is the second part to my first post, including a few types of Redditors I had missed.

Now, I do want to say that it was harder for me to come up with funny slanders for this continuation. The creative trio shown in the second slide (Fan Artist, Determined Theorist, Content "Analyst") has so many admirable qualities I had to omit, and I honestly feel kind of bad for that haha. But at the same time, I had to do that for some other types in the first part, so meh… again, don't take this too personally.

This will probably be the only extension I make to this series. I think 16 types is more than enough. And if you disagree, you probably fall into the "Unique" Redditor category. Cheers!

[Fluff] Coaxed Into r/battlecats Users

Yes I know, I haven't uploaded in a month... again. I've been busy rewatching Hilda studying. I'm not exactly sure when I'll return to posting lightingslop on the subreddit, these days I've focused on making traditional art of Pokemon.
