I'm going to his concert in central park tonight, it says doors at 7. What time has Chance been getting on stage compared to the doors time?

My partner and I have been passing Samara Kitchen for a few months, and it confuses us every time. It opened a few months ago, and had a crazy wide variety on their menu. Everything from sushi, pastas, chicken wings, nachos, quesadillas. And a few weeks ago, we see a "Grand Opening" sign, and a completely overhauled menu. We were wondering if anyone had been there, and if so, is it any good?
