Cleto's Vs Winnings

Im looking at buying either a pair of cletos or winnings I know there's pros and cons to each and just want to hear from boxers who have owned either glove to try and help me decide what to buy, im on the fence right now. Im currently using Rival rs11V's. Ill keep them for sparring as i know if i go down the cleto route they're not nice on your opponent.

Im looking for a heavy bag/pad glove.

Also curious weather I should size down to say a 12 or 14oz or buy a pair of 16's. Ive been told mixed opinions. Mainly that you should train in 16s just to keep with the weight consistency. I doubt ill be fighting in anything lighter then 16's

Tip please!

Ive been boxing since september last year. Just recently started to correct my posture and im focusing on keeping more weight on my back leg. Any tips are appreciated or constructive criticism on notable issues I should focus on improving! Looking at the video I think my lead drops sometimes before coming back to guard after throwing a jab.
