I just finished the Umbara Arc, and I would like to say that Pong Krell is a fucking shit head who has no care for anyone but himself.
If he escaped, who knows how shit would go down with Krell still alive. That shitbag would cause chaos.

I think when he does his "I'm ownny thwee" crap, he should be pushed into a garbage truck. Casey Jones happened to be nearby.

I believe that if Anakin found out about Krell's betrayal, he'd head to Umbara and confront him. The two engage in a lightsaber battle, and Anakin manages to overpower Krell, causing the Besalisk Jedi to hang on for dear life.
Anakin: "Death comes for us all, General Krell. But something much worse, comes for you. For when you die, it will be, without honor."
Krell loses his grip and falls onto some fuel canisters, causing them to explode, and he screams in agony until he dies.
