Can you renew your patient license early? Will they send your card to you right away, or will they send it when your current license expires?

I will be in Heavener and Smithville tomorrow, and I am looking for a good dispensary that has a good deal on medium-high dose edibles. I found 3 dispensaries in Heavener, but I called them and only one answered, and they didn't have a good deal on edibles. I also tried calling a dispensary just south of Smithville and one in Zafra (between Octavia and Hatfield, AR at the state line) and neither one answered. I may end up having to go to Poteau, so any dispensaries with good deals on edibles would be acceptable. I'm looking for the 1000mg for $10 type deals. Thanks in advance.
