I’m a 2025 B.E. Computer Science & Engineering graduate currently looking for an entry-level opportunity in the IT industry.

I’ve been actively applying through LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, and other online job portals, but unfortunately, getting that first opportunity as a fresher has been extremely difficult. I’ve reached out to people for referrals as well, but most of the time I don’t even get a response or find someone willing to refer.

My technical skills include:

Python, C++, JavaScript

SQL & DBMS

Networking and OS fundamentals

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

Data Analysis & Machine Learning concepts

REST APIs, Git/GitHub

Basic knowledge of Power BI and R

I’m primarily looking for IT opportunities- entry-level roles where I can learn, contribute, and grow.

If anyone have fresher openings in their company, could provide referrals... I would be really grateful. Also I would genuinely appreciate any leads or guidance. 🙏

I am 2025 batch CSE graduate from Mangalore, Karnataka. I have been actively looking for job past 1 year. I have tried many online job platforms but nothing worked.

I also gave interviews for big MNC's like Accenture and TCS. Later due to hiring freeze and job cuts, my application also got rejected. I am running out of luck too. Feels depressing day by day. I don't know how will I land job if nobody is ready to give a chance for a fresher like me.

From past 1 year, I also tried asking for referrals or openings by texting some employees through LinkedIn. But even that didn't work for me.

Even my parents don't have enough connections to ask for. And relatives don't respond during this hard times either.

If someone finds this post, please do not ignore. I am genuinely in need of help right now. If someone could actually refer/guide me during this tough times, I would be really grateful. Please do understand my situation. 🙏

Hello guys. I wanted to share an update that I am actually feeling depressed by looking at my current situation.

Being a 2025 batch CSE graduate, I have been actively applying jobs from past 1 year. But I haven't got enough responses from any job sites or platforms.

Many of my friends have entered the IT industry one by one.. through referral from their friends/relatives.

I have been actively asking everyone to refer any entry level fresher openings. But nobody is ready to help. I am really tired begging people from past 1.5 years. I don't know what my future is. I feel like completely lost.

The hard part is even my father doesn't work post Covid and all the family responsibility is on me now.

If anyone finds this post. Please do not ignore and do respect my situation. I would be really grateful if you could refer in your company.

Any decent salary would be fine. I just want to enter the IT field and give justice to my degree that I have done. I hope you understand my situation guys. Please do help. 🙏
