What you'll work on

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with modern backend development (Node.js / Python / Go / Rust / Java / etc.).
• Bonus if you've worked with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS.
• Most importantly, we're looking for people who love building. We care far more about what you've shipped than where you studied.

I want to share something and seek your advice.

My company has not paid my salary for the past eight months, yet I am still working here. On top of that, I haven't received any appreciation for my work. Instead, I am frequently scolded and spoken to disrespectfully.

I want to switch to another company, but I don't have recent salary slips because my employer hasn't been paying me.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How can I find a new job without salary slips? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

1. 25F, graduated in 2024 (Mtech in chemical engineering) from tier 1 college

2. Then 2 yrs gap from 2024-26 due to govt exams preparation. I constantly failed

3. Want to restart my career. Not getting job. Have been applying since 2 months.

Now what to do?

I want to ask if I can join IT as a fresher? Is it a right choice? I think I need to contact some software training institute and I think of learning playwright. Is it a good path? I'm in a lot of pressure to get a job ASAP. But don't want to regret later. I want to grow in long term as well.

Is it easy for a fresher to land in automation testing? Pls share your opinions and thoughts. If yes pls suggest a roadmap. I'm also open to any other career advices from you guys. Pls do help.

Also - some software training institutes claimed that they'll make a fake certificates and fill my 2 yrs gap. But I don't want to do that. I just want to join as a fresher with my original certificates.
