For those who regularly drive this stretch, how have you found the road and driving conditions around the Krishnagiri/Dharmapuri ghat sections during the early morning, especially on weekends?

I’m particularly interested in firsthand experiences regarding visibility, traffic behaviour, heavy vehicles, and any safety concerns that aren’t obvious from Google Maps.
