A&M Interview process

Hi everyone, I’m planning to recruit for A&M either CPI or other consulting related roles and am waiting for their apps to drop. In the meantime, I’d like to prep and develop my skills so I can land the offer. I’m trying to research information about the process and would love to hear it from those who successfully recruited with them.

Thank you so much!

Bain R1

Hi! I’m currently preparing for my Bain R1 interview and am also expecting to hear back from a few other consulting firms. I recently wrapped up a Big 4 consulting internship and am planning to case consistently, ideally every day, until my interviews.
Im looking for a partner who would be able to case during the day Aug 12-14th.

I’d consider myself an intermediate-level, with 20+ live cases completed across different case types.

Im open to share some of the resources I have as well.

Internal move from EY to EY-Parthenon

Hi everyone,

I’m currently an intern at EY and have been trying to learn more about different long-term career paths within the firm, especially EY-Parthenon. I know EYP is a separate practice with its own recruiting/interview process, so I’m trying to understand how realistic an internal move would be later on.

For anyone who has transferred from EY into EY-Parthenon, or has seen others do it:

  • How common is it to move internally from another EY service line into EYP?
  • Does it usually require counselor/partner approval before interviewing?
  • At what level is it most realistic to try — intern return offer, staff, senior, etc.?
  • Should I bring this up with my counselor early, or wait until I’ve built more experience/goodwill in my current practice?
  • Are there specific skills, experiences, or internal relationships that helped make the transfer possible?

I want to be thoughtful about this and still make sure I perform well in my current role. I’m mostly trying to understand the process, timing, and how to explore EYP without coming across the wrong way internally.

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!
