How to find an English speaking job in NL

I (31F) was born and raised in the USA but a dual citizen with the Netherlands as my mom is Dutch. I am increasingly growing tired of living/slaving away in the US capitalistic society (For reference, I currently live in OH and I only get 3.1 hours of PTO for every 80 hours I work). I would love to move to NL but my dutch isn't great. I can probably read the equivalent of a elementary school student but can't write it. I can understand spoken dutch much better than reading it. So until I become fluent, where have you found English speaking jobs? Even if you found English speaking jobs for other countries in the EU, I'd be open to learning more!!

Edit: I have a Master's degree in Public Health and have experience as an Epidemiologist and data analysis in the Healthcare sector if that helps.

I took out about $90K worth of student loans for undergrad and grad school. Back in 2023, I paid off my grad school loans, which was about $65K, since the interest rate was nearly 7%. Now I have about $15K left to pay on my undergrad student loans. My question is since I chose the 10 year standard repayment plan and I graduated from undergrad in 2016, my undergrad loans are due. If I dont pay the full balance, will my loans go into default since I chose the standard 10 year repayment plan?

▲ 10 r/dating

I've been dating a guy who is a music teacher for 2 months now. He invited me to the school musical he directed, which is happening this Friday. His whole immediate family will be there, including his grandma. This is the first time ever that I am meeting the parents of the person I'm dating. For those of you who have met parents before, do you typically bring a gift? And should I bring him flowers for directing the musical?

Last week on Thursday, I was in a fender bender where someone rear ended me at a stoplight. I was already having a bad day so I reacted as a "Karen". I called the local police and had a police crash report filed even though the damage was very minimal. When I got home, I started filing the accident claim with progressive. But I didnt finish filing the claim because I didn't get the driver's name or a picture of his license brcause he was a non-english speaker and was trying to talk me out of calling the police via a translator app. To my knowledge, the police report should contain all of that info. However now that I'm in a better mood and realizing there's nothing wrong with my car, I dont want to finish submitting the claim. I keep getting calls from random numbers which I assume is progressive but I haven't answered any of them. Whats the worst that can happen if I dont finish submitting the claim?
