What Are Your “Weird” Copper Deficiency Symptoms?
If you have a confirmed copper deficiency diagnosis — or you’re very confident you’re low in copper — what were your “weird” symptoms?
I’m not talking about the more commonly acknowledged ones like graying hair, pale skin, chronic fatigue, anemia, etc. I mean the symptoms that didn’t immediately seem related to copper deficiency.
I’ll start:
- pots / heart palpitations
- high heart rate
- chronic fatigue (of course)
- hair greying (obviously)
- super heavy cycle
- chronic bloating
- chronic candida
- herniated discs
- neck pain
- poor night vision
- easy bruising
- sodium and potassium not retaining much in body
- insomnia
- hair loss
- can't tolerate stress
- can't tolerate heat or cold
- poor memory/concentration
