Someone gave me a 30+year old cilvia plant!
Anyways, for background, I have like 30 or more house plants (pothos/Monstera/money trees/etc) and they've all done very well for a long time now, but every plant I own is grown out of water. I purposefully don't deal with plants in soil because I can't handle fungus gnats/watering and whatever else, It's just a preference. I just suddenly acquired this ginormous over 30 year old plant and I absolutely do not want to kill it. From what I've read, it will not survive and water and I don't want to make it an experiment with such an old plant. Anyone who has experience with them or any care advice whatsoever I would appreciate it!
