Hi all, I am just queuing if my work I'd adhering to employment laws as per people booking holidays, we have a team of 18 people but company policy is there cant be more than 1 person off at a time on AL so this means it's very difficult to get time off, the whole team has a minimum 22 days AL which adds up to 396 days altogether, which adds upto more days than are in the year and we are a monday to Friday schedule.

This often means people cant take holidays and have to move them into next year, the company refuses to leave anymore than 1 person on AL at a time. Is there any employment laws that are being broke here that we can show to them so we can up the number to 2 people off even at a time.
