Let’s play a game - can you spot the auth Pochette?
Recently got two gorgeous swift leather Kelly Pochettes. One auth from a Paris H store, and another from master-tier seller. Both have 2026 stamps with gold hardware. I’m shocked at how similar they are and only after much, very close comparison, do it think there are a few tells.
So in the spirit of education- let’s all dive in! Here are a series of photos of both. Please comment with which you think is the auth and which is the rep- and WHY? That’s the important bit- don’t just guess, say why! Let’s use this comparison as a way to spot the TINY differences between master-tier reps and auth H bags.
For transparency - the auth was €5600 from H and the rep was $750 from Master XM. Access to the auth based on a 15 year relationship with an SA in Paris, and the rep from XM thanks to lovely friend who finally got me the intro. (And no I can not share his info so please do not ask). I’m posting this just to show how great the craftsmanship of reps can be.
