Hi all, I am allergic to olive trees. I was diagnosed as a child, so I don’t know how strong the allergy is. I would like to plant a fragrant olive tree. I know they are from the same botanical family…is this a close enough relationship that if I’m allergic to olive trees, I would also be allergic to the fragrant olive? I’m not allergic to other plants in the family, like jasmine.
