Walmart Marketplace Account Terminated After 3 Week – Has Anyone Succesfuly Reinstate Their Account?

I’m honestly going through a really difficult situation and wanted to post here in case someone has experience with this process.
My Walmart Marketplace account was terminated under “Trust & Safety” after only about 3 weeks of selling. At first, I received no clear explanation at all, but after speaking with a Walmart representative, I was told the account was likely terminated because the return rate reached around 9%.
The confusing part is:
- The account was extremely new
- My overall metrics were actually very strong
- I operate a real business with real inventory
- Orders were genuinely being fulfilled and shipped
- Sales were growing very quickly
The products I was selling were sensitive, and some returns may have happened because even small shipping impacts can damage these products during transit. Once we noticed this pattern, we had already started improving our packaging and protection process.
What I’m really trying to understand is:
Has anyone here actually managed to recover a terminated Trust & Safety account after submitting a POA or going through manual review?
Any advice from experienced Walmart sellers would genuinely mean a lot right now.
