Does anyone work in the fruit department and make the bowls. I do, and I am scheduled by myself alone constantly, even during BOGO’s where I need to make 100 or so of one recipe like watermelon, then 25-40 fruit salads, pineapples, 6-10 of all the pineapple recipes, 12+ parfaits of each kind for almost all except the special color ones. Now added snack boxes and new recipes. There will be 2 managers on shift, working on the floor with another 1-2 associates, including the store manager or ast store manager talking nonsense about vegetables and holes that we can’t even fill at the moment. Im telling u it is impossible to get done. Sometimes the night shift don’t even wash me any berries or anything. Thank god im leaving soon so I don’t have to worry ab this

The list never gets done and it feels very tense and stressful, and annoying. This is one of the dumbest fucking things I’ve ever seen in the workplace, and such a simple fix.

What is the fix? Are the hours really that regulated with the AI system who allots the hourly allotment per week for specialty cutters?
