Basically as per the title. While I get that Thunderclap gives higher crit chance and has the Thunderstrike ability, does it really outclass the Fire Dragon's Banner which is supposed a lv240 weapon? Mainly trying to gear for Morgan Le Fey. Thanks in advance!
