Account Locked
So my account was locked for suspicious activity and when I tried to recover my account they wanted me to get a verification code on a number that is no longer associated with my account for years! They are not giving me any other options to verify.

I was just scrolling through reels when it booted me out and I tried the help centre but it's like an infinite loop of not helping!

Does anyone know a way to submit a ticket or something?
