Knowledge stone v3 - all customizable

IT IS ALIVE!
I upgraded the desk *Knowledge Stone* from a static prop into something that actually *teaches* you:
- *1.28″ round display** (GC9A01) + **ESP32‑C3*
- *NMS languages* (Gek, Korvax, Vy’keen, Atlas, Autophage)
- *Extra dictionaries* — language pairs, world capitals, periodic table, …
- *Wi‑Fi* → word lists on **GitHub** (no SD fiddling; edit `.txt`, push, stone updates)
- Optional NeoPixel ring matches the word color
