For the first group of ABIM test takers today, particularly those who are going on on the second+ try

How was your experience leading up to the exam? Was there a feeling of more confidence, more that you could’ve done?

For me, it was the same feeling when I left the first time: despite putting in all the the work, there was complete emptiness i sat in the parking lot for an ungodly amount of time. Reflecting, I do see where the questions were straight forward, so to speak but in trying to make sure I go through every answer choice, the more time it took to where I had but a minute to review 10+ flagged questions.

Come October, may the odds be in our favor.
